When you get your money back

If we cannot deliver, you get it all back

We do not take card payments. A package is arranged with us by email, and we build your site first. If we cannot deliver the website you bought, we do not invoice you, and anything you have already paid comes back in full. You do not have to ask, and there is nothing to argue about.

Once it is live, the sale is done

You read your site before anybody else can see it. When you press the button that puts it live, we invoice you and the sale is complete. After that a package is not refundable.

That is a fair trade because you see exactly what you are buying before you pay for it. If something on the site is our mistake, we put it right as many times as it takes and we do not bill you again — section 3 of the terms lists what counts.

Top-ups and add-ons

Credits are what changes to your site are paid with; the pricing page says where they come from. Credits you bought and have not spent are refundable. Ask us within thirty days of buying them and we will give them back. Credits you have already spent are not refundable, because the work they paid for has been done.

Write to hello@stayaheadtech.com and tell us which site or which top-up you mean. We do not promise a response time, and we would rather say that than promise one we cannot keep.
